Keep in mind that all our rugs are handmade and little imperfections are part of what makes them unique and vibrant. The rug photographed is the rug you get, though slight variations in colour are possible as each screen displays them uniquely. Sizes slightly change over time as the rugs soften and stretch.
Customization
Custom orders are fulfilled at a comparable price to available products, and it still includes free shipping within North America. Please note that it could take up to 6 weeks to deliver the new rug to you. Our Moroccan rugs are all handmade on traditional looms and no two rugs are the same, but customization options are unlimited.
Shipping & Returns
Shipping is FREE for Canada and the USA. International shipping will be calculated upon checkout.
Rugs can be returned for a refund, simply contact us within 5 days of receiving it to arrange it. Return shipping is the responsability of the customer. Custom orders can only be exchanged or returned for store credit.
