1.1 Where do you ship?
We ship most places in North America for FREE, though there may be extra charges for remote locations. For an additional charge, we can deliver to most international locations, shipping will be calculated at checkout.
1.2 How long does an order take to arrive?
Standard North American shipping takes about 5 to 7 business days during the regular season. In December and June, shipping times may take longer. International shipping can take longer. Local shipping can be facilitated within days of placing your order.
1.3 How can I track my order?
In order to expedite delivery for the holiday season, we will personally, contactless deliver any rugs ordered within 100 km of Toronto. Orders outside this range will be shipped via Canada Post, we will email you a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
1.4 What do I do if I don’t receive my order?
We track all orders from the moment they leave our shop. If your item doesn’t arrive on time, let us know and we’ll look into it. If it was shipped via Canada Post, please check your tracking number to see where your order is. If that doesn’t help you locate it, then reach out to us.
1.5 Can I modify my shipping address?
If you need to modify your shipping or delivery information after your order has been placed, please contact us as soon as possible. Shipping information, including delivery address, cannot be modified once the order has already been shipped.
1.6 What if I refuse a shipment because I changed my mind?
If you decide to refuse any shipments from Assilah, you will be responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes, and brokerage fees that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to Assilah. This amount will be subtracted from your purchase refund.
1.7 Import Duty & Fees?
If your order requires payment of import duties and fees, you will be responsible for paying those fees.
1.8 Are there any delivery restrictions?
Due to Covid restrictions, delivery is only available for these countries outside of Canada and the US:
